This is a fun post showing six of the dumbest business ideas that actually made millions. Most better than average business ideas fail, so it seems very surprising that these ideas actually worked. Here is the list of the worst six business ideas that I have see, that made money:

1.  PositivesDating.Com
An online dating site hooking up people with HIV. The two creators created with site in 2005 in order to get HIV positive people together. They have over 50,000 member to their site, as of 2007.

2.  Doggles
Create goggles for dogs and sell them online. Why would a dog need a pair of goggles. Apparently people around the world have bought these, since they are making a killing.

3.  Lucky Wishbone Co.
Plastic wishbones. This idea was supposed to bomb before it even started. The entire world apparently has the demand for fake wishbones, because they now produce 50,000 wishbones daily,

4.  Fitdeck
A deck of cards with exercise routines printed on them. The creator, an ex navy seal, says he has made over 2 million since 2005. Not too shabby.

5.  SantaMail
Get a postal address at North Pole, Alaska, pretend you are Santa Claus and charge parents 10 bucks for every letter you send to their kids. Over 2 million letters have been printed, and the demand is rising.

6.  The Million Dollar Homepage
1,000,000 pixels, charging one dollar per square. People went crazy over getting their picture on the website, and it took the creator just over 8 months to make his million dollar goal.

These are just some of the dumbest ideas I have come across while searching the net. This goes to show you that ANYTHING is possible, even the worst idea you can think of, maybe even a “Jump to Conclusions Mat.”
